Some Background
Steven Robert Young’s story is one of vision and transformation. As the youngest sales executive in the history of a top-ranked U.S. jobber, he established himself as driven and goal-oriented. The creator of IDEAL and author of two books, Steven seemed destined to reshape how people approach success.
In 2001, he moved from Los Angeles to New York City, where his exceptional sales achievements laid the foundation for launching his own business in 2008.
By 2020, the pandemic marked a turning point for Steven’s consultancy, bringing IDEAL—his innovative goal-setting and achievement framework—to the forefront as a universal tool for anyone striving to improve, achieve, or become something meaningful.

Education
On a partial scholarship, Steven earned degrees in psychology and philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a member of three national honor societies.

As a thought leader, Steven has introduced several innovative frameworks, including IDEAL and Cross-Through for goal planning and achievement; Modelability, Stage & Position, and Peripheral Selling for sales strategies; TASKS for productivity; and FACES, a paradigm for self-improvement, among others.
